Job summary

ISDIN, an international dermocosmetic company, seeks a Graphic and Motion Design Specialist to join its creative team in Barcelona, Spain. You will conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for digital campaigns, product launches, events and corporate communications.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, expertise in After Effects and 3D tools, and proficient English.

Qualifications

• Education related to Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, packaging, branding and corporate materials.
• English level: C1.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and motion graphics tools.
• Generative AI expertise for image and video tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, events and corporate communications.
• Transform static design assets into dynamic animations while maintaining brand consistency across formats.
• Export video/animation assets for diverse digital channels, digital signage, presentations and web platforms.
• Edit video content and integrate motion elements, sound design, and AV effects for promotional materials.
• Design packaging for products ensuring brand guidelines and visual identity are followed.
• Develop corporate design materials for institutional communications, events and corporate needs.
• Create visuals for multiple touchpoints including displays, folders and POS materials.
• Prepare final artworks to meet production specs and collaborate with internal/external partners to translate needs into visuals.
• Ensure consistency and quality from concept through final execution.

What will your challenges be?

• Conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, events, and corporate communications
• Transforming static design assets and visual identities into dynamic graphic animations and video content, maintaining brand consistency across all animated formats.
• Optimizing and exporting video and animation assets for diverse digital channels, digital signage, presentations, and web platforms, adhering to technical and format specifications.
• Editing video content and integrating motion elements, sound design, and audio/visual effects for promotional and internal materials.
• Designing packaging for the Company's different products, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Creating and developing corporate design materials for institutional communications, company initiatives, congresses, events and other corporate needs.
• Designing and adapting the visual image of our brands across different touchpoints, including displays, exhibitors, folders and other POS materials.
• Developing corporate applications and communication materials, ensuring visual consistency across formats.
• Preparing and adapting final artworks, ensuring files are ready for production and meet the required technical specifications.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to translate business and brand needs into effective visual solutions.
• Ensuring consistency and quality across all creative materials, from concept through final execution.Flexible entry hours and home office policy.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education : Studies related to Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar graphic design role, ideally working with packaging, branding and corporate materials.
• Languages: English C1.
• Technical skills: Strong knowledge of graphic design and final artwork preparation. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) is highly valued. Mastery of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. Solid knowledge of 3D software Blender, Cinema 4D or Keyshot. Basic knowledge of audio editing (Adobe Audition) and popular After Effects plugins/scripts (e.g., Duik, Red Giant, Element 3D). Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience and proficiency with AI tools for image generation and video generation/manipulation. Conceptualizing, designing, and animating high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, product launches, events, and corporate communications.
