Bhoem is seeking an experienced Fashion Designer specialising in Outerwear and Tailoring. You will own the end-to-end design and development process, from concept to production, partnering with global manufacturers to deliver trend-led, commercially successful ranges.

The role demands 5–8 years in fashion design, a strong technical background, and fluent English for international collaboration. Strong leadership and a sharp eye for price architecture and margins are essential.

Formación

• 5–8 years' experience as a Fashion Designer, specialising in Outerwear and Tailoring.
• Proven experience with high street retailers or suppliers, strong commercial mindset.
• Experience working with offshore/long-lead suppliers, especially in Asia.
• Strong technical capability: tech packs, garment construction, and fittings.
• Excellent freehand illustration and technical drawing skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for international communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, development, and delivery of trend-led outerwear and tailoring collections.
• Drive seasonal concepts through mood boards, colour palettes, fabrics, and storytelling.
• Create detailed design briefings and comprehensive tech packs for suppliers.
• Lead prototype evaluations, fittings, and sample approvals for quality and fit.
• Maintain strong relationships with international vendors and manage costing and production issues.
• Balance workload to meet deadlines and manage multiple product lines.
