V&C Associates, partnering with a major global garment and fabric supply chain organisation, designs and sources products for recognised fashion brands. This hands-on Multi-Product Designer role centers on denim, outerwear, shirts and bottoms, with denim wash development at its heart.

You will create trend-led collections from concept through fabric, wash and fit to bulk, collaborating with account managers, offshore teams, mills and clients across Europe and the Far East.

Formación

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Proven senior-level experience designing across multiple product categories.
• Denim expertise and experience with wash development.
• Experience in casual outerwear and woven shirts.
• Excellent knowledge of the retail fashion market and consumer trends.

Responsabilidades

• Design trend-led ranges across outerwear, shirts and bottoms with a denim core.
• Lead denim design, fits, fabrication, wash and detailing.
• Develop wash concepts and specify dry and wet processing techniques.
• Source fabrics, trims and hardware; assess materials for durability.
• Collaborate with mills, laundries, clients and offshore teams.
• Prepare tech packs and guide offshore teams to meet specs and deadlines.
