Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Team Lead for Human Data Operations – Vision, Image & Video based in Spain. You will lead a team of AI Tutors, oversee labeling and review across image and video domains, and own quality, delivery, and process improvements.

You will translate AI model requirements into effective data strategies while collaborating with data, engineering, and operations teams. The role blends people leadership with direct data-work, KPIs, and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years relevant experience.
• Hands-on data labeling/QA or AI training operations experience.
• Familiarity with metrics, KPIs and guideline-driven processes.
• Experience leading small teams in data labeling or QA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for human data projects.
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage AI Tutors with feedback.
• Participate in labeling/review activities to ensure quality.
• Manage guideline adherence, taxonomy, and QA workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Track performance with KPIs and dashboards.
• Develop training materials and certification benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Human Data Managers, Team Leads, and Engineering.
