Job summary

Jobgether SRL is recruiting a Team Lead, Human Data Operations – Vision, Image & Video in Spain. You will lead hands-on labeling teams, ensure quality and delivery, and scale processes across image and video data for AI systems.

You will drive operational standards, coach AI Tutors, and collaborate with data, engineering, and ops teams to translate AI requirements into effective data strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with data quality metrics, annotation workflows, and guideline-driven processes.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Notion, Axiom, JIRA, Linear).
• Strong understanding of AI data needs and labeling for image/video datasets.
• Experience leading small teams in data labeling, annotation, QA, or related ops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for human data projects at scale.
• Lead and coach a team of AI Tutors with regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Participate in labeling and review activities to maintain quality.
• Manage guideline adherence, taxonomy, QA workflows, and certification standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
• Track KPIs and dashboards for team and project performance.
• Develop training materials and certification benchmarks.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, and operations to translate model needs into labeling strategies.
• Foster high-performance culture and manage performance processes when needed.
• Document outcomes, risks, and process improvements, and report status.
