Schneider Electric in Madrid is seeking a Risk and Data Process Analyst (VIE) to join the Cyber Human Risk team. You will collect data, manage KPIs, and build dashboards to support leadership with clear risk insights.

The role focuses on process improvement, automation, and coordinating with international teams. A Master’s degree in a related field and 1–2 years of data analysis experience are preferred; English fluency is required.

Formación

  • 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or similar roles (internship and apprenticeship are fully valued).
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.

  • Interest in cybersecurity, human risk, and user behaviour.

Responsabilidades

  • Data collection, KPI management and dashboarding. Support the collection and consolidation of cybersecurity human risk metrics and the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, metrics, and reporting processes.
  • Help create and maintain dashboards to visualize cybersecurity human risk KPIs.
  • Process improvement & optimisation: analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, document processes and support automation strategies.
  • Support operational activities related to cyber human risk projects and collaborate with project leads to integrate metrics into wider initiatives.

Risk and Data Process Analyst (VIE)

Join the Cyber Human Risk team through an exciting VIE as a Risk and Data Process Analyst!

Responsibilities
  1. Data collection, KPI management and dashboarding
    • Support the collection and consolidation of cybersecurity human risk metrics (phishing, training, human behavior, engagement, etc.) and the preparation of reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Maintain documentation of data sources, metrics, and reporting processes.
    • Help create and maintain dashboards to visualize cybersecurity human risk KPIs.
  2. Process improvement & optimisation
    • Contribute to the analysis of existing workflows (phishing program, training creation, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
    • Help standardise and document processes to enable consistency and knowledge sharing.
    • Support long-term automation strategies to enhance program sustainability.
  3. Support to Cyber Human Risk Programs
    • Support operational activities related to cyber human risk projects such as phishing simulations or phishing support programmes.
    • Collaborate with project leads to integrate metrics and insights into wider initiatives.
Education

Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or similar roles (internship and apprenticeship are fully valued).

  • Prior exposure to cybersecurity, risk, or behavioural programmes is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Excel (data manipulation, formulas).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), dashboards, KPIs, and automation tools.
