A leading technology firm is seeking a Video Alta Specialist located in Madrid, Spain. This remote position involves supporting sales teams in closing video sales and fostering partnerships with security integrators. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of channel sales experience, a strong knowledge of cloud-based video security, and the ability to develop customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a university degree are required.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Video Alta Specialist for our South Europe region to be located in Spain. The Video Alta Specialist will be responsible for supporting our Motorola Solutions Enterprise South Europe fieldsales teams to close Avigilon Alta Video sales across their channel partners and end-user customers.

The Specialist will help support partnerships with Security Integrators, and assist them on client opportunities. This role is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and customer recruitment objectives and represents the entire range of Alta Video lines and services to assigned sales channels and customers within their regions.

The Video Alta Specialist has a dual reporting structure, reporting a dotted line to the local in‑country sales leadership and a direct line to the sales leader of the Avigilon Alta Product line manager. However we are looking for independent territory leaders who are self‑managing. The position is remote and resides in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Supports the local sales reps with all Alta Video opportunities.
  • Prospects, qualifies, and develops new customer relationships both within partner and end‑user communities.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned region.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales, pre‑sales, tech support, training, and management resources, in order to meet channel performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned region customers.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Leadership to identify, build, and execute go‑to‑market programs and solutions to meet the customer needs within region and vertical markets.
  • Participates in tradeshows.
  • This position requires travel.
Basic Requirements

Requirements and qualifications are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a business‑to‑business technology / physical security sales environment with a track record of success.

Proven track‑record of territory management, prospecting skills, negotiation, presentation skills, client relationships, and a self st‑arter attitude.

Proficient knowledge of cloud‑based video security, VMS, and / or building automation products.

Experience in selling enterprise solutions.

Effective understanding of the Overlay culture and environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent English.

Independent hunter and entrepreneur.

University degree required.

Must have a valid drivers' license with a clean record.
