KeyResponsibilities
- Shapeandimplementacohesiveregionalmarketingstrategyalignedwithglobalbusinessobjectives.
- Developandleadintegratedmarketingcampaignstobuildbrandawareness,generatedemand,andsupportrevenuegrowthacrossdiverseEMEAmarkets.
- Overseeallaspectsofregionalmarketing,includingdemandgeneration,contentandcampaignstrategy,channelmarketing,marketingoperations,digitalenablement,andcommunicationsincollaborationwithglobalandregionalteams.
- Translatemarketinsightsandresearchintoactionablestrategiesthatinfluenceproductpositioningandgo-to-marketapproaches.
- Manageregionalbrandinginitiatives,ensuringalignmentwithglobalstandardsforaconsistentcustomerexperience.
- Lead,mentor,anddevelopahigh-performingmarketingteam,fosteringinnovationandprofessionalgrowth.
- Overseetheregionalmarketingbudget,ensuringeffectiveprioritizationandmeasurableimpactofallinitiatives.

- 12+yearsofprogressiveexperienceinstrategicmarketingroles,includingatleast5yearsinleadershippositions.
- ProvensuccessinimplementingandlocalizingmarketingstrategiesacrossmultipleEMEAmarkets.
- Bachelor’sdegreeinMarketing,Business,orarelatedfield;anMBAorequivalentadvancededucationisaplus.
- Deepunderstandingofmodernmarketingpractices,digitaltransformation,anddata-drivendecisionmaking.
- Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskills,withtheabilitytoinfluenceseniorstakeholdersacrossglobalandregionalfunctions.
