NP Digital is seeking a visionary and experienced VP, Earned Media to lead our SEO and Content Marketing services in Spain. This role is heavily weighted toward SEO, including on‑page, off‑page, technical, e‑commerce, international, GEO/LLM SEO, and emerging areas such as AI Optimisation.
The ideal candidate will oversee our Earned Media teams, ensuring our processes, delivery, tools, and strategies are at the forefront of the industry; alongside proactively keeping our client relationships strong.
You will also play a key role in integrating Paid Media knowledge strategically into client projects - partnering with Paid Media leaders to propose integrated strategies without taking direct execution ownership.
This role requires thought leadership, innovation, and the ability to translate emerging trends into actionable strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves kind‑of position that will involve the ability to multi‑task, prioritise, and collaborate.
While this role is remote, we value in‑person connection. We ask for occasional visits to our Madrid office, with flexibility depending on the candidate.
To be considered, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in Spain and are required to be fluent in both Spanish and English.
