TD SYNNEX Spain in Barcelona is seeking a proactive Vendor Receivable Analyst to manage vendor receivables and coordinate invoicing for marketing activities, ensuring timely processing.

You will analyze receivables across processes, resolve disputes with vendors, support GL reconciliations, and contribute to month-end close in a hybrid work environment. This role requires strong numerical skills, English proficiency, and experience in Accounts Payable or general finance.

Formación

• Bring analytical prowess and numerical acumen honed in a finance environment.
• Communicate complex financial matters clearly, including English proficiency at least B1.
• Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization of live issues for efficiency.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or General Finance is a definite plus.
• Intermediate Excel level or higher; familiarity with accounting systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly vendor claims and invoicing for marketing activities, meeting strict deadlines.
• Address daily operational needs, including margin reviews and corrective invoices.
• Analyze receivables across processes such as price changes, promotions, and stock returns; liaise with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Proactively address receivables aging with vendors and internal teams to clear aged items.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations with vendors and resolve disputed claims through to resolution.
• Review unallocated credits and coordinate P&L impact approvals as needed.
• Support GL reconciliations and MJE documentation in Blackline for month-end processes.

• Seamlessly manage monthly vendor claims and spearhead invoicing for marketing activities, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines.
• Address daily operational needs, including margin reviews and corrective invoices, with precision and efficiency.
• Analyze receivables across various processes such as price changes, promotions, and stock returns, engaging with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Take a proactive stance on receivables aging, working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to clear aged items and tackle any challenges that arise.
• Conduct thorough monthly reconciliations with vendors and handle disputed claims through to resolution.
• Strategically review unallocated credits, proposing and coordinating P&L impact approvals as needed.
• Provide invaluable support for GL reconciliations and MJE documentation in Blackline, ensuring smooth month-end processes.

Experience Required

• Bring your analytical prowess and numerical acumen to the table, honed within a finance environment.
• Communicate complex financial matters with clarity and confidence, including a minimum English proficiency of B1.
• Master the art of time management, adeptly prioritizing live issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable or General Finance roles (definite plus).
• Excel at an intermediate level or higher, with familiarity in accounting systems; SAP experience (a plus).
• Must be based in Barcelona, Spain
