Responsibilities

Governance over Persán's Product Plan, identifying the company's needs, the opportunities within its product category, and advocating for the project until the final business case approval.

Preparation and defense of the Business Plan for the projects, redefining them when necessary.

In minor projects, development of the Project Manager role :

Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and senior management

Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Report on project performance, including post-launch analysis and lessons learned.

In similar roles within consumer goods manufacturing companies or in the retail / distribution sector.

In positions at other companies where project management and strategic analysis has been a core responsibility.

Qualifications

Planning and Organization : Ability to plan a development project, processes by coordinating the needs of all relevant departments.

Leadership : Acts as a reference point for both colleagues and internal clients regarding project management.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced level)

Knowledge of SAP

Project Management programs
