Position Summary

Based in Houston, Austin, or San Antonio areas. To consistently drive the sales number in Vascular Access Safety IV Products and maintain and grow current sales of Introcan Safety IV Catheters and assigned Vascular Access products to meet corporate growth objectives.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  • Consistently drive sales of Vascular Access Safety IV Products.
  • Maintain and grow current sales of Introcan Safety IV Catheters and assigned Vascular Access products.
  • Work with varying Hospital sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
  • Basic knowledge of professional business practices and procedures.
  • Works under general supervision, using experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Judgement required for day‑to‑day problem resolution.
  • Primary contacts are with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers; occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
Expertise: Qualifications - Education/Experience/Training/Etc
Required
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 02‑04 years related experience required.
  • Applicable industry/professional certification required.
  • Regular and predictable attendance.
  • Valid RN license.

Physical demands: regularly sit and talk or hear; frequently use hands and arms; occasionally stand, walk, lift or move up to 20 pounds.

Compensation: $95,000‑$105,000 plus incentive compensation.

Vaccination and Credentialing Requirements

Employees must meet all Healthcare Customer vaccination and credentialing requirements, including COVID‑19, seasonal influenza, and hepatitis B, and may need background checks, drug screening, and other clearances.
