Técnicas Reunidas, a leading Oil & Gas international engineering and construction company, invites applications for a Value Improvement Engineer (Electrical or Instrument Engineer) to drive cost and schedule reductions on major projects in Madrid. You will support project leaders, benchmark designs, run value workshops, and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should have 10-15 years in petrochemical, refinery, chemical or power projects, with at least 5 years as senior
Formación
- 10-15 years of experience in petrochemical, refinery, chemical or power generation projects.
- Experience as senior specialist or project engineer.
- Ability to work with international teams and clients.
Responsabilidades
- Provide support to project leaders and teams in cost and schedule reduction.
- Benchmark design against performance and client standards.
- Lead value workshops and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Manage communications or workshops with Clients.
- Prepare cost reduction proposals for capital projects.
- Translate project scope into capital expenditure estimates.
