Copernicus in Madrid seeks a Real Estate Analyst to support valuations across land, residential, offices, and warehouses. You will work on market value analysis, rental value projections, and assist with investor communications on valuation strategy.

The role emphasizes Excel proficiency, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. A technical degree is preferred and a long-term career with competitive remuneration is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Valuation of real estate assets across typologies (land, residential, offices, premises, warehouses).
• Analysis of market value, expected rental value and liquidity assumptions.
• Support head of valuations in investor relations on strategy, scope and deadlines.
• Implement processes for operational improvement of the valuation department.

At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions:

• Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses...).
• Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity.
• Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available.
• Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department.

Requirements:

• Interest in Valuations
• Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization...) is a plus
• Adept in Microsoft Excel
