COPERNICUS SERVICING SL is seeking a Real Estate Analyst based in Madrid. The role involves valuing various real estate assets and analyzing market conditions to support investors.

The ideal candidate will possess a technical degree and skills in Excel, have an interest in valuations, and be adept at working under pressure. This position offers a supportive environment with flexible working hours and an extensive benefits package.

Formación

• Interest in real estate valuations and market analysis.

Real Estate Analyst

At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions:

• Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses).
• Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity.
• Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available.
• Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department.

Requirements

• Interest in Valuations
• Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization…) is a plus
• Adept in Microsoft Excel
• Desirable: Disability Certificate +33%
