Copernicus in Madrid is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support valuation across asset types such as land, residential, offices, premises and warehouses, applying various appraisal methods.

You will analyze market value, projected rent, and liquidity assumptions, and assist the head of valuations in defining strategy, timelines, and process improvements for the department.

Formación

• Interest in Valuations.
• Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization) is a plus.
• Adept in Microsoft Excel.
• Desirable: Disability Certificate +33%.

Responsabilidades

At Copernicus we are looking for a Real Estate Analyst for the development of the following functions:

• Valuation of real estate assets of different typology (land, residential, offices, premises or warehouses...).
• Analysis of market value, expected rental value and assumptions about market liquidity.
• Support to the head of valuations in the relationship with investors in terms of defining the valuation strategy, scope and deadlines using the different methods available.
• Implementation of processes and procedures for the operational improvement of the department.

Requirements:

• Interest in Valuations
• Knowledge of different valuation methods (comparison, income capitalization...) is a plus
