Job summary

Ing España & Portugal is seeking a Private Banker Specialist to join the Affluents Team in Valencia. You will deliver personalized advice, helping affluent clients build balanced portfolios and achieve their financial goals.

You will co-create commercial strategies for the Affluent segment and work with ING Spain T2D teams to scale impact, while upholding integrity and regulatory standards in every interaction.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in private banking teams.
• MiFID certification is mandatory.
• Skill areas include collaboration, risk assessment, market awareness, strategic planning, financial advisory expertise, client relationship management, sales and commercial acumen, regulatory and compliance knowledge, effective communication, negotiation, and tech savviness.

Responsibilities

• Positively contribute to delivering excellent service to clients, supporting them in reaching their financial goals through personalized advice and solutions.
• Co-create the commercial strategy for the Affluent segment, fostering collaboration across ING Spain T2D teams to ensure alignment and impact.
• Be a first line of defense for the bank, acting with integrity and prioritising the client’s best interest while adhering to policies and regulations.
