Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking with high net worth clients or related financial services.
• Proven business development experience including profiling, negotiation and referrals.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Disciplined, organized approach to business and client management.
• Established network and ability to build trusted client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate business results and acquire new assets from existing and new clients.
• Advise clients on balance sheet, asset allocation, investments, wealth planning and banking needs.
• Partner with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary solutions.
• Understand client goals to develop and implement holistic investment plans and asset allocation.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet short, medium and long-term objectives with goals-based planning.
• Adhere to risk, control policies and regulatory guidelines, maintaining security.
• Collaborate with other Client Advisors to maximize team strength and achieve goals.
