Ford Valencia Manufacturing Site seeks an Innovation Leader to centralize and coordinate technological initiatives. You will align innovation objectives across the Alliance, EU/IMG, and ATP environments and drive agile roadmaps for the site.

Responsibilities include designing the Innovation Team, leading PoCs, and fostering collaboration with manufacturing functions to deliver scalable, cost-effective innovations.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master’s in engineering.
• Experience leading innovation or research projects.
• Experience in automation and digitization projects.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and transformation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Valencia Innovation Team and plant SPOCs.
• Develop and align innovation strategy with Ford Europe and global teams.
• Lead PoC and pilot projects in automation and digital manufacturing.
• Promote AGILE transformation and cross-functional collaboration.
