Apex Group in Valencia is seeking a flexible, full-time Client Service Manager (EDB) to manage a portfolio of clients, ensure best-in-class service, and build strong relationships with client stakeholders. You will collaborate with EDB and Apex Group teams to optimise the client experience and support the bank’s strategy.

The role reports to a team leader in Valencia and offers an attractive salary and benefits package, with hybrid working and opportunities for development.

Formación

• Proficient in English business language, both written and oral.
• 2+ years of experience in client service or account management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure expectations are met.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients and smooth transitions.
• Analyse client feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
• Monitor client service activity and propose practical improvements.
• Prepare client reports, presentations and service reviews.
