The Apex Group in Valencia is seeking a Client Service Manager (EDB) to own a portfolio of clients and ensure 100% satisfaction by building strong relationships. You will coordinate onboarding, monitor service quality and collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless client experience.

This full-time, hybrid role offers exposure to a global business with opportunities for professional development, CPD programs, and a supportive, diverse team in Spain.

Formación

• Proficient in business English (written and spoken).
• 2+ years in client service or account management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and exceed expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
• Analyze client feedback and implement service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues.
• Monitor team performance and pursue continuous improvement.
• Prepare client reports and reviews with accurate documentation.
