Apex Group in Valencia invites applications for a Client Service Manager (EDB). This full-time role involves managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring superior service delivery, and coordinating onboarding and ongoing support.

The position reports to the Valencia team leader and ultimately to the Head of CSM Luxembourg. You will work within a hybrid model, gaining exposure to cross-jurisdiction activities and contributing to service improvements in line with the bank’s strategy.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in client service or account management.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an assigned portfolio of clients and ensure delivery of best-in-class service.
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions.
• Analyze client feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Onboarding, Finance, Depositary, Custody) to resolve client issues.
• Prepare client reports, presentations and service reviews and ensure documentation is up to date.
