Alstom Madrid is seeking a full-time Program V&V Manager to lead verification, integration and testing efforts across software, hardware, and systems. You will define V&V strategies, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with Security Signalling Team and Product Architect.

You will drive automation using Cucumber, JMeter, Postman and TestComplete, transitioning teams from manual to automated testing and ensuring quality, cost and delivery goals are met.

Formación

• Graduated is mandatory, to have a master’s degree in engineering or scientific topics will be value.
• Languages: English (full proficient) and Spanish (full proficient); French will be a plus.
• Good analytical skill and experience in test & integration; system engineering or Safety Assurance is acceptable alternative.
• Demonstrable knowledge of security solutions (CCTV, PA, PIS, Telephony, etc.) and integrated control centers.
• Experience with software agile projects and CI/CD; basic programming knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Define the Program Verification and Validation strategy in the V&V Plan and ensure coverage.
• Lead verification and validation of equipment under test; manage reviews and tests.
• Define and deploy automation strategies for validation activities and test families.
• Migrate from manual testing to automated testing and manage stakeholders.
