Alstom is seeking a Test Manager to lead the integration/tuning and certification/validation tests across a comprehensive rail testing program. You will support the Train Validation Engineer, organize test campaigns on-site, ensure equipment readiness, and coordinate with the railway test centers and cross-functional teams to meet safety and performance targets.

• Experience in project management, multi-site teams and stakeholder coordination.
• On-field testing or certification/validation experience in rail or complex systems.
• Knowledge of railway systems and safety procedures.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and organize daily test activities.
• Ensure testing equipment and instrumentation are operational.
• Coordinate with the Railway Test Centre and other stakeholders.
• Prepare test authorizations, staffing, tooling, and calibration needs.
• Coordinate test slots with the test center and define priorities during conflicts.
• Produce test reports and test events chronology after campaigns.
• Lead validation activities for train level testing during projects.
