A leading gas solutions company in Madrid seeks a dynamic individual to support the transformation of supply chain operations. You will work closely with industrial managers, helping to implement new ERP systems and improve logistics processes. Candidates should hold an engineering degree and be fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong interest in supply chain activities. This role offers the opportunity to engage in significant operational improvements in a collaborative team environment.

You will participate in the transformation of an important part of the operations within an affiliate where the industrial and medical activities are being merged after years of separation.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

You will work in the secondary operations central team in Iberia (Spain & Portugal) dedicated to the supply chain of packaged gases and new projects and maintenance of customer installations for industrial and medical activities.

The merge of the industrial and medical activities in one single team started in April 2025 and the team is in the process of transforming operations to simplify processes and find new efficiencies. Some of your missions will be:

  • Support the implementation of the new ERP supply module Track and Trace for the tracking of cylinders in our supply chain – user training, implementation of new dashboards and processes
  • Support the drivers and fleet follow‑up in logistic activities (fatigue devices for road safety, fleet design, etc.)
  • Support the assessment & implementation of our international industrial safety standards (IMS)
  • Simplification and homogenisation of operational procedures (process flows and documentation) with the merge of the activities
