North, a Barcelona-based digital product studio, is seeking a UX/UI Designer who can partner with internal and external teams to craft and improve digital experiences with accessibility at the core.

You will analyze user journeys for accessibility, own the accessibility aspects of a large design system, develop frameworks and toolkits, and lead workshops to grow the team's accessibility maturity within an Agile environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of UX design and accessibility experience.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.x and ARIA standards.
• Experience testing with assistive technologies.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and lead discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and analyze user journeys across web for accessibility issues.
• Own the accessibility aspect of a large design system.
• Develop frameworks, guidelines and toolkits for accessibility.
• Lead workshops to grow the team's accessibility maturity in Agile environments.
