What We're Looking For

We’re looking for a freelance UX Researcher (early–mid career) to join us on a 6-month full-time contract, with the possibility to extend. You’ll be working in our Innovation & Exploration team alongside a Lead UX Researcher, helping validate new product ideas and run fast, iterative discovery cycles.

This is a hands‑on research role where you’ll:

• Plan and conduct 1:1 user interviews
• Run moderated and unmoderated usability tests
• Set up and manage diary studies
• Handle participant recruitment and logistics
• Synthesise insights quickly into clear, actionable direction
• Help design and product partners learn from users early and often

You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy fast‑paced, exploratory work and feel comfortable owning the end‑to‑end research process as part of a small, collaborative team.

🗓️ Contract: 6 months to start (extension possible)
🌍 Location: Remote within Europe
