Social Discovery Group seeks a User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team. The role focuses on launching and optimizing Facebook and TikTok campaigns, analyzing performance with GA4 and our CRM, and driving ROI while testing new targeting and creatives.

This remote, full-time position offers 28 days vacation, wellness days, bonuses for referrals, training support, and health benefits. Fluency in English required; Russian language skills are a plus.

We are looking for User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Facebook Ads and TikTok campaigns launch and optimization;
• Reporting and analysis of advertising campaigns; project & audience analytics via GA4, internal CRM and other tools;
• Channels scaling without CPA growth, improve ROI and other key metrics;
• Testing new targeting and ad types, landing page concepts and creatives;

We Expect From You

• Facebook expert, at least 3 year experience. Experience with campaigns automation (API, autorules) is required. Meta Blueprint certificate is additional advantage.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;
• Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data;
• English is B2, Russian C1+;
• Strong communication skills: you express ideas clearly and can persuade others of your point of view;
• Creativity: you come up with fresh ideas and find solutions to challenging cases;
• Analytical thinking: you quickly process large amounts of information and draw sound conclusions.
