A global software company is seeking a BigFix Sales Specialist in Madrid, Spain, to lead sales efforts in endpoint security management. The successful candidate will capitalize on the demand for BigFix, engage with clients, and contribute to the software sales strategy. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise software sales, a strong acumen in building customer relationships, and knowledge of endpoint security tools. The BigFix Sales Specialist is an exciting role within HCL’s fast-growing software business. They will capitalize on ever-increasing demand for BigFix, the premier endpoint security management platform. In this role, the candidate will collaborate routinely with Clients, Resellers, BigFix Technical Advisors, HCL Client Success Teams and HCL Channels teams.

As a BigFix Hunter, you will work as a sales leader for your assigned region / clients and will be responsible for leading sales efforts with clients and prospects, building pipeline, delivering on targets. As part of your responsibility, you will act as a subject matter expert for your product offerings, and you will be expected to enable, evangelize, market, and direct customers to various solution areas that can solve their business problems. You will be required to act as a complex deal coach and / or executive sponsor on many key opportunities.

In this role, it is essential that you can apply industry-specific knowledge and experience to bring new business and technology insights to our clients in the Endpoint Security space. You will be required to maintain an exceptional level of understanding regarding our competition to effectively win in competitive situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt and secure new logos / net new customers for BigFix.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive sales and expand the footprint.
  • Engage at all levels within client and partner organizations to grow market share.
  • Act as a complex deal coach and executive sponsor for key opportunities.
  • Deliver executive-level presentations, demos, and value-based proposals.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitors and market trends to win competitive deals.
  • Represent BigFix at industry conferences and user group events.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas for software, services, and renewals.
  • Maintain strong customer retention and add new logos annually.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in enterprise software sales, with knowledge of Endpoint Security.
  • Proven ability to build strong senior customer relationships and establish trust.
  • Strong business acumen and technical knowledge to align customer needs with BigFix solutions.
  • Familiarity with the assigned territory, relevant industries, clients, and partners.
  • Knowledge of Endpoint Security tools (Tanium, CarbonBlack, McAfee, Symantec, CrowdStrike, Cyberreason, etc.).
  • Exceptional presentation skills for executive-level discussions.
  • Proficiency in local language to effectively engage clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
