IDOM in Barcelona is seeking an Urban Planner to develop Spatial Plans and master planning across city and territory projects, including feasibility studies for public amenities. You will collaborate with sectorial experts, build client relationships, and contribute to bidding processes in a multinational setting.

The role offers a flexible timetable, one remote day per week, and opportunities for career development within a multidisciplinary team on national and international projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Urban Planning.
• 2+ years of professional experience in urban planning.
• Proven ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong technical skills in urban and regional planning.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsabilidades

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an Urban Planner in the area of City and Territory Consulting in Barcelona.

The activities to be carried out include the development of Spatial Plans, Elaborate conceptual designs, Urban renewal and regeneration, Master Planning for new cities and production centres/complexes, as well as Feasibility Studies for a diverse range of public amenities. You also will collaborate with sectorial experts to identify urban solutions.

Furthermore, activities will comprise developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing of business development opportunities, and managing bidding processes.

ABOUT YOU

• Have studied a BSc degree in sciences related with Architecture, Civil Engineering, MSc in Urban Planning, Urban renewal, Resilience or related fields of knowledge.
• You have 2 or more years of professional experience.
• Proven technical expertise in the preparation of urban and regional plans and studies in the field of urban renewal and land use planning.
• Know how to work as part of a team and with technical rigor.
• Know how to work independently with an innovative spirit.
• Have an advanced level of English.
• And above all... are eager to learn in a multinational firm such as IDOM.
