A leading consultancy firm in Spain is seeking an experienced Urban Development FI Specialist to contribute to the implementation of EU projects. Candidates should have a Master's Degree, 10 years of experience with urban financial instruments, and a strong command of English and Spanish. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with JESSICA-type urban financial instruments.

Conocimientos

Urban and municipal investment finance experience

PPP and ESCO model expertise

Very good command of English and Spanish

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project : ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.

The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.

Start date : 1 December 2025.

Duration : 15 months

Urban Development FI Specialist

Requirements :

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher,
• ≥ 10 years’ experience with JESSICA‑type urban FIs.
• PPP and ESCO model expertise.
• Urban and municipal investment finance experience.
• Very good command of English and Spanish.
