You will create compelling ad creatives, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns to drive results in the sports and gaming sectors. A passion for football and a proven track record in Twitter Ads are essential. The salary ranges from €30,000 to €40,000 depending on experience.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Twitter / X Media Buyer to lead sports-focused lead generation campaigns that fuel the growth of our CRM. You’ll be hands‑on in campaign setup, optimisation, and creative strategy. If you live and breathe football, keep up with every match and team story, and have a proven track record of delivering results with Twitter Ads, this role is for you. This role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage Twitter ad campaigns focused on sport and fan engagement.
• Create compelling ad creatives using tools like Canva and AI design tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective landing pages and campaign flows.
• Continuously optimise campaigns to maximise ROI while maintaining compliance with platform and industry standards.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Test new creative strategies, audiences, and approaches to drive growth.
• Participate confidently in English-language meetings, presenting ideas and campaign results.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 1 year of experience running Twitter Ads campaigns.
• Proven success in at least one of the following verticals: Dating, Crypto, Nutra, eCommerce, Betting, or Gambling.
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $10,000+ on Twitter Ads.
• Strong passion for football, with up-to-date knowledge of teams, leagues, and players.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Location

We operate entities in Ireland, the UK, and Malta. Applicants outside these countries will be on a B2B agreement. We are not open to visa sponsorships at this time.

Salary

€30,000 - €40,000 depending on experience
