Hostinger is seeking a Content Team Lead (tutorials) to own the end-to-end production pipeline, set quality standards, and lead a team of writers and editors. You will work closely with SEO and report to the Head of Content, shaping how tutorials reach millions online.

You’ll drive quarterly OKRs, optimize throughput, and mentor team members while collaborating across disciplines to deliver high-quality tutorials at scale.

Formación

• Proven track record leading large content production teams.
• Ability to set and enforce quality standards for tutorials.
• Experience mentoring writers and editors to grow skills.
• Strong, proactive problem-solving and planning abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end tutorial production pipeline, team, schedule and throughput.
• Propose and own quarterly tutorial OKRs; align capacity with calendar.
• Track throughput, identify bottlenecks and resolve issues early.
• Set and document quality bar for human-written and AI-generated content.
• Manage, develop and give regular feedback to writers and editors.
• Identify skill gaps and hire/onboard to close them.
• Build a self-sufficient team that can operate with autonomy.
