Hostinger is seeking an On-site SEO Team Lead to own the on-site SEO strategy across all products and lead the on-site specialist team. You will govern the site-wide topical map and scale semantic SEO, partnering with Content SEO, Technical SEO, and Localization to drive rankings and conversions.

You will manage a team and be measured on what the team ships, shaping the site architecture, internal linking, and URL structure at scale for a global audience.

Formación

• 5+ years in on-site / content SEO on large, complex, multi-locale websites.
• Deep expertise in site architecture, internal linking, URL/taxonomy strategy, and landing-page optimization at scale.
• Hands-on experience with topical maps and semantic SEO / topical authority frameworks.
• People leadership experience, or clear readiness to step into a team lead role.
• Commercially minded and comfortable influencing across content, technical, localization, and product.
• Proficient with Ahrefs or SEMrush, GSC, GA4, and Screaming Frog / Sitebulb.

Responsabilidades

• Own on-site SEO strategy across all products: landing pages, architecture, internal linking, and URL structure.
• Govern the site-wide topical map and prioritize the content backlog against it.
• Close the landing-page / content gap that drives both rankings and conversions.
• Scale our semantic SEO framework so we own whole conversations, not single keywords.
• Lead, hire, and coach the on-site specialist team.
• Translate on-site wins into acquisition and billings impact for stakeholders.
