Hostinger is seeking a Content Optimization & Experimentation Specialist to transform educational content into a major growth engine. You will own insight-to-impact workflows, identify opportunities, design user experiences, and lead experimentation to drive measurable growth across the content ecosystem.

With 3+ years in CRO/UX, you will craft conversion-focused copy, analyze results, and prioritize initiatives that maximize impact while staying on brand.

Formación

• 3+ years of CRO, UX, or experimentation experience.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to base decisions on analytics.
• Ability to write or direct conversion copy that stays on-brand.
• Experience optimizing long-form content and guiding users toward action.
• Comfort with data, statistics, and drawing insights from experiments.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRO strategy for Hostinger's blog and tutorials, prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
• Improve page layouts, navigation, CTAs, and conversion-focused copy.
• Develop hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments end-to-end.
• Analyze experiment results with statistical confidence and document outcomes.
• Ensure successful experiments translate into lasting improvements across content.
• Collaborate with Head of Content to shape the optimization roadmap and brand experience.

As a Content Optimization & Experimentation Specialist in the Content team, you'll shape how millions of users experience and interact with Hostinger's educational content. You'll own the journey from insight to impact - identifying opportunities, designing user experiences, leading experimentation, and turning data into meaningful business growth.

• Own the CRO strategy for our blog and tutorials by identifying the highest-impact conversion opportunities, maintaining a prioritized experimentation backlog, and defining quarterly OKRs.
• Design intuitive user experiences by improving page layouts, navigation, CTAs, page structure, and conversion-focused copy.
• Develop hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments from planning through implementation.
• Analyze experiment results with statistical confidence, documenting every outcome to build a culture of continuous learning.
• Ensure successful experiments become lasting improvements across our content ecosystem.
• Partner closely with the Head of Content to shape the optimization roadmap, evolve our brand experience, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Your expertise and experience

• UX thinking that goes beyond aesthetics — you can diagnose why users don't convert
• Analytical rigor — you're comfortable with data, know its limits, and make data-driven decisions with confidence rather than gut feel
• Have experience optimizing long-form content and creating experiences that guide users toward action.
• Ability to write or direct conversion copy that stays on-brand
• Can craft—or direct—copy that converts without compromising the brand.
• Thrive when juggling multiple ideas and confidently prioritize the ones that will create the biggest impact.

It's a bonus if you've worked with content-led growth, SEO-heavy products, SaaS or web hosting, or have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
