Concentrix is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (Turkish speaking) to join our Barcelona onsite team. You will handle customer inquiries via calls, email and chat, resolve requests within SLA, and maintain knowledge of fashion applications for client brands.

The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 09:00–18:00) with a gross annual salary of €19,623.94 plus up to €1,200 in annual bonuses, and onsite office with hybrid options after two months.

Formación

• Native level Turkish plus fluent English.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming calls, emails, chats, and messages from customers and boutiques.
• Log interactions and resolve requests within SLA.
• Escalate issues when needed and maintain product knowledge for assigned customers.
