A pioneering aerospace company in Barcelona is looking for a Turbomachinery Mechanical Design Engineer to design components for advanced rocket engines. You will lead projects in a hybrid work environment, collaborating with engineers and ensuring high-quality standards. This role will have you directly impacting the design and development of Pangea’s aerospike engine, in addition to the greater catalogue of advanced rocket engines that Pangea is developing. You will be directly responsible for the development of components and subsystems capable of operating at extreme conditions, using advanced manufacturing techniques.
The position offers and requires leadership, creativity, innovation, and autonomy, as you will be directly responsible for a critical subsystem of some of the most advanced and powerful rocket engines currently under development in Europe.
