A leading holiday provider in Spain is looking for enthusiastic Kids or Baby Club Hosts for Summer 2025. This role requires a recognized childcare qualification and experience with children. Candidates should be comfortable communicating with parents and delivering fun, engaging programs. This position offers a salary starting at €23,900 gross per year, accommodation options, and opportunities for further development through TUI's childcare academy.

ABOUT YOU

• You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently communicating with parents / guardians.
• For this position, a recognized childcare qualification / education is mandatory.
• You are a fun and vibrant personality, capable to lead sessions and work as part of an international team.
• Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
• You are fully conversational in English, any additional languages are beneficial.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 0-3 or 3-12 which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
• Take part in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
• Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
• You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents / guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting, if possible, to guests’ requirements.
