Job summary

Procter & Gamble España in Madrid seeks a Professional Oral Health Territory Manager to drive the use and recommendation of our brands among dentists and dental hygienists, fostering evidence-based patient outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships, deliver training, communicate scientific data, shape Iberia strategy, and coordinate congresses and visits while managing a small on-site warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong academic results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
• Ability to build collaborative and trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and good English skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Nice to have: prior knowledge in oral or dental health sales, healthcare sector, pharmaceutical industry or scientific disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive the usage and recommendation of our brands among dental health professionals in your territory.
• Receive training to present oral health solutions to dental professionals.
• Develop trusted relationships with dental clinics, key opinion leaders and stakeholders.
• Communicate scientific evidence and benefits of our solutions rigorously.
• Contribute to shaping the Iberia Oral Care Professional strategy for your area.
• Organise and participate in dental congresses, trade fairs, training sessions and scientific exchanges.
• Manage a small warehouse containing high-value materials used during visits.
