Job summary

Procter & Gamble España is seeking a Professional Oral Health Territory Manager to drive brand usage among dentists, hygienists and dental professionals in the Barcelona region. You will build trusted relationships, present evidence-based solutions, and contribute to sustainable growth as part of the Oral Care Professional Iberia team.

Reporting to the Unit Sales Manager, you will travel within your territory, organize events and manage a small materials warehouse while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong academic results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills, with the ability to influence and engage different stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn and a growth mindset.
• Ability to build collaborative and trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal teams.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and good English skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and availability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Nice to have: previous knowledge in oral or dental health sales, healthcare sector, pharmaceutical industry or scientific disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Drive usage and recommendation of our brands among dental health professionals in your territory.
• Receive training to become an expert in presenting oral health solutions to dental professionals.
• Develop trusted relationships with dental clinics, key opinion leaders and other stakeholders.
• Communicate the scientific evidence and benefits of our solutions for patients and professionals.
• Contribute to shaping the overall Oral Care Professional Iberia strategy for your geographic area.
• Organize and participate in dental congresses, trade fairs, training sessions and scientific exchanges.
• Manage a small warehouse containing high-value materials used during visits, ensuring compliance with company standards.
