Job summary

N26 Inc. is seeking a Treasury Senior Associate in Madrid to autonomously drive core treasury operations, liquidity management, and investments with a focus on public sector financing. You’ll bridge risk, accounting, and regulatory reporting while ensuring audit readiness and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in bank treasury operations and liquidity management.
• Hands-on Repo/Reverse Repo and hedging experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and front office systems.
• Strong data querying skills (SQL).
• Understanding of Eurosystem frameworks and MaRisk/CRR guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term treasury book and central bank operations.
• Monitor liquidity position and KPIs; ensure operational stability.
• Price, execute, and log investments focused on public sector financing.
• Oversee money market products including Repo/Reverse Repo.
• Lead liquidity functions such as Bundesbank cash pooling and reserve requirements.
• Support audits, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive 1LoD risk management.
• Lead NPP implementations, vendor onboarding, and automated reporting.
