Revolut in Soria, Spain, is seeking a Business Compliance Manager (Treasury) to bridge business, regulation and risk. In a fast-moving, data-driven environment, you will own regulatory horizon scanning and translate EU rules into actionable changes across treasury operations.

You will advise on new treasury products, support product launches, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Risk teams to ensure governance and compliant execution.

Formación

• Expertise in treasury, capital markets, or fixed income environments and related operations.
• Solid understanding of EU banking regulations (EBA, CRR, MiFID, EMIR, SFTR) and practical application.
• Experience advising business teams on compliance or regulatory topics in a first-line or close-to-business role.
• Ability to translate regulation into business impact and influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with Treasury, Risk, Legal, or Compliance teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own regulatory horizon scanning for Treasury and assess impact of new EU regulations on business activities.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable changes across treasury operations.
• Advise on new treasury products, investment activities, and third-party onboardings to ensure compliance by design.
• Partner with Treasury leadership on fixed income activities—bonds, repos, derivatives, and FX—from a regulatory and risk perspective.
• Support product launches ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations.
