HBX Group in Palma de Mallorca seeks a Data and Automation Specialist to join the Customer Experience and Automation Team. You will implement data ecosystems using Snowflake/PostgreSQL and build automated workflows with low-code platforms to streamline reservations, CRM, and marketing data.

The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, experience with Appian/n8n/Salesforce, and a focus on AI-driven personalization and analytics. Collaboration across teams and data-driven decision making are key.

Formación

• Strong SQL and Python skills for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with Snowflake or PostgreSQL data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Appian, n8n, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with GDPR and ethical AI practices.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and update data structures on Snowflake/PostgreSQL.
• Build datasets to automate business processes via low-code platforms (Appian, n8n, Salesforce).
• Develop MCP-based integrations to connect LLMs with external data sources.
• Deploy and monitor AI models to personalize experiences and support analytics.
• Collaborate with leads to translate business needs into automation dashboards.
• Monitor workflows and iterate for reliability and impact.
• Create data queries for visualisations to analyse processes.
