HBX Group is seeking a Data and Automation Specialist to join the Customer Experience and Automation Team in Palma de Mallorca. You will implement and maintain data ecosystems using Snowflake and PostgreSQL and develop deterministic and hybrid workflows on low-code platforms to optimize efficiency.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into automation workflows and dashboards, deploy AI models to personalize experiences, and monitor AI/automation performance

Formación

• Strong SQL and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL for data warehousing.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (Appian, n8n, Salesforce).
• Knowledge of GDPR and ethical AI practices.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and update data structures on Snowflake following architectural guidelines.
• Build and maintain datasets to automate business processes using low-code/no-code platforms.
• Develop connections to integrate LLMs with external data sources via MCP.
• Deploy and integrate generative AI models to personalize traveler experiences and support analytics.
• Collaborate with leads to translate requirements into automation workflows and dashboards.
• Monitor AI workflows for performance, reliability, and impact.
• Create data queries for visualisations to monitor business processes.
