HBX Group seeks a Data and Automation Specialist to design and maintain data ecosystems using Snowflake/PostgreSQL and to build hybrid agentic-deterministic workflows on low-code platforms. You will integrate reservation systems, CRM, marketing and customer service tools, and deploy generative AI models for personalised experiences.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into automated workflows, dashboards and predictive analytics, while monitoring performance

Formación

• Strong SQL and Python skills with data manipulation.
• Experience building automation workflows with low-code/no-code tools.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or PostgreSQL data platforms and BI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and update data structures on Snowflake following guidelines.
• Build datasets to automate business processes using low-code platforms like Appian, n8n, Salesforce.
• Develop MCP-based connections to integrate LLMs with external data sources.
• Deploy AI models to personalise traveler experiences and automate content creation.
• Collaborate with leads to translate requirements into automation workflows and dashboards.
• Monitor and iterate AI and automation workflows for performance and impact.
• Create data queries for visualisations to analyse processes and monitor changes.
