HBX Group in Gijón, Asturias, Spain, is seeking a Contact Center Executive (Turkish speaker) to support Hotelbeds and Bedsonline clients across pre-arrival, on-site, and post-travel stages. You will deliver prompt, accurate solutions, aiming for first contact resolution and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires fluent Turkish and English, and a background in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Turkish is mandatory.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Experience using booking or CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle operational requests related to bookings before arrival, during stay, and after travel.
• Provide timely, accurate information to ensure smooth client experience.
• Aim for first contact resolution and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation in internal systems.
• Support clients across pre-arrival, on-site, and post-travel touchpoints.
• Contribute to a high-performance, customer-centric service culture.
