VeryChic is seeking a multilingual Customer Service intern to join our Barcelona team. You will welcome customers by phone and email, assist with online bookings, and ensure bookings are correctly received by partners. You will handle special requests, manage changes, and help organize activities and travel documents.

We value a proactive, learning-minded attitude and fluency in French, English, and Spanish. English and Spanish proficiency, plus knowledge of MS Office, are essential.

Formación

• Native French speaker and fluent in English and Spanish.
• Interest in sales and business development with a customer-oriented approach.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, proactive mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist customers by phone and email.
• Support travelers with their online bookings.
• Ensure bookings have been properly received by partners.
• Handle customers' special requests.
• Manage booking modifications and cancellations.
• Oversee administrative aspects, including organizing activities and transfers.
• Sending travel documents.
• Contribute to achieving the company's performance and customer satisfaction goals.
