HBX Group seeks a motivated Analysis & Reporting Business Analyst to optimize operations through data on hotel contracts, supplier information, and content data. You will deliver accurate analyses, recurring and ad‑hoc reports, and insights to support strategic decisions.

You will monitor Loading & Contents and Quality Control performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable metrics and visuals.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Tableau skills required and proficiency to build, maintain, and optimize dashboards.
• Strong SQL and Excel abilities with data manipulation and validation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish to communicate with stakeholders across regions.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Knowledge of hotel contracts, supplier management, or content information is advantageous.
