Amazon in Barcelona, Spain seeks a skilled Program Manager to join the Transportation Network Configuration Quality team. You will partner with Transportation Design, Supply Chain, External Fulfillment and Tech to design, deploy and improve processes that enhance CX and network reliability.

You will handle on-call rotations, diagnose issues, drive short- and long-term improvements, document best practices, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver value across the European network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for Amazon network configuration and ensuring highest standards.
• Collaborate with Transportation teams, PMs and SDEs to design and improve processes.
• Mitigate network issues with short-term fixes and long-term action plans.
• Document quality engineering processes and knowledge base improvements.
• Diagnose operational issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Participate in on-call rotation to support operations.
