A leading logistics company located in Spain is seeking a professional to optimize last-mile products and enhance buyer experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in logistics, bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, and at least 5 years of experience, including last-mile operation management. This role promises significant influence in streamlining operations and elevating service standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics industry.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in last-mile operation management.
• Prior experience in cross-border logistics is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously optimize last-mile products leveraging high-quality service capabilities.
• Monitor core metrics of last-mile products and resolve issues.
• Streamline operational processes and enhance efficiency through digital operations.
• Develop a service provider evaluation system to enhance product capabilities.

Conocimientos

Understanding of US parcel networks

• Continuously optimize last-mile products based on headquarters' and national-level product and sales strategies, leveraging high-quality last-mile service capabilities to facilitate transactions for cross-border merchants and enhance buyer experiences.
• Proactively monitor core metrics of last-mile products, promptly identify and resolve issues to elevate merchants' logistics experiences.
• Streamline and standardize operational processes, implementing a closed-loop system for exceptions, and enhance efficiency through digital operations.
• Consistently develop a service provider evaluation system, enhancing product capabilities and establishing a core competitive edge in the market through high-quality management and collaboration with service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with bilingual proficiency in English & Chinese as working languages.
• Possesses experience in logistics supplier management and coordination, along with a solid understanding of US parcel networks and cross-border business operations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the logistics industry, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in last-mile operation management in the local market. Prior experience in cross-border logistics is highly desirable.
